Your info, plainly.

The short version

This is a volunteer site for the El Modena High School class of 1990. We only collect what you choose to send us through a form, we use it to keep the class connected, and we never sell it.

What we collect

Browsing the site doesn’t require an account, and the site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. We count visits with privacy-friendly analytics (more below), and we only receive information about you when you submit a form:

• Add yourself: your name, where you live now, your email address and Instagram handle if you add them, and your answers to the two yes/no questions.
• Contact: your name, email address, phone number if you add it, the topic you pick, and your message.

How we use it

• To list you in the class directory. Your name and city appear on the site; your email and Instagram are shown only if you said yes.
• To email you about reunions and meetups, only if you said yes. You can change your mind anytime.
• To reply to messages you send through the contact form.

Who else handles it

• Web3Forms delivers form submissions to us by email. See their privacy policy.
• Fathom Analytics counts page views so we know which pages get used. It sets no cookies and doesn’t collect personal information or track you across sites. See their privacy policy.
• Google Fonts serves the site’s typefaces, so your browser requests font files from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.

We don’t sell, rent, or trade anyone’s information, and we don’t share it with anyone outside the people organizing the class site and reunions.

Your choices

Want your directory listing changed or removed, or want us to delete something you sent? Get in touch and we’ll take care of it.

Changes

If how we handle information changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
